Also contained in this recent document drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands. The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million. The released images indicate he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir. Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section. The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a notes section detailing different parts of the land. Alongside this are what seem to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings. More documentation made public as part of the continuing oversight process.
